Please inform us, the senior management, in writing or by telephone.
We will respond within 2 weeks.
In addition, you may file a complaint with the Financial Services Complaints Board, an independent complaints body.
Filing a complaint does not involve any costs for consumers.
The complaints body will initiate an investigation on receipt of a complaint.
